Research profile

Associate Professor Anete Strand is driven by exploring the significance of materiality in organizational development and change, professional supervision practices, and learning and idea-generation processes more broadly. Anete teaches, supervises, and conducts workshops in areas such as communication, storytelling, organizational change, as well as data and knowledge forms. She also advises both private and public organizations on development and transformation. In addition, through her research, Anete Strand has developed the method *Material Stories*, which involves using small figurines to evoke experiences and gain deeper insights into a particular issue or topic. The method is conducted in a laboratory at AAU Innovate, which serves as a platform for both research and workshops. Anete is currently working on certifying the method.
