Research profile
Cecilie conducts research in the legal aspect of crowdfunding. Her PhD dissertation focusses on investment-based crowdfunding in Denmark and the legal concepts, rules, and challenges arising from the introduction of ECSPR in a Danish context.
Cecilie has been a visiting scholar at the Crowdfunding Research Center at the University of Agder in the fall of 2021 in relation to her PhD dissertation.
Cecilie is a former participan of the 25th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.
Teaching profile
Cecilie teaches Law of Obligations II and Advanced International Contract Law.
