Research profile

Masaki Takahashi received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. from Kwansei Gakuin University, Japan, in 2014 and 2016, and Ph.D. from Aalborg University, Denmark, in 2024, respectively. In 2016, he joined Fuji Electric Co., Ltd, Japan as a power module design engineer. In 2021, he started his research career at AAU Energy, where he is currently a Post. Doc. 
His research focuses on wide-bandgap power devices, power electronics packaging, and their reliability including thermo-mechanical simulations.
