Research profile
Masaki Takahashi received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. from Kwansei Gakuin University, Japan, in 2014 and 2016, and Ph.D. from Aalborg University, Denmark, in 2024, respectively. From 2016 to 2021, he served as a power module design engineer at Fuji Electric in Japan. In 2021, he joined AAU Energy as a PhD fellow and is currently a postdoctoral researcher.
His research focuses on wide-bandgap power devices, power electronics packaging, and their reliability, including thermo-mechanical simulations.
