Research profile

I'm a PhD Fellow at the Department of Sociology and Social Work at Aalborg University, where I'm working on the project 'Mapping Association Participation Among Immigrant Children in Western Europe.'

In my PhD project, I'll examine the participation patterns of Western European immigrant children across different social and ethnic backgrounds, identify the barriers to participation, and explore the integrative potential of participation.

I hold a MSc in Sociology from Aalborg University, and I have focused my studies on political sociology, civil society, social inequality, and quantitative data analysis.

My research interests include democracy, civil society, integration, social inequality, digitalisation, and internet culture.
