Personal profile

Research profile

I began my research career with a PhD study and defended my PhD thesis entitled “Extracellular vesicles and their potential role in atrial fibrillation-related thrombogenicity” in 2018.
Since my PhD study, I have been involved in research projects internally at the Department of Clinical Biochemistry and externally in collaboration with clinical departments. Currently, in collaboration with the Department of Oncology, I am co-supervising a medicine with industrial specialization student on a master’s thesis on the prediction of severe side effects of 5-fluorouracil and participating in a project with the Department of Pediatrics on the benefits of specific measurement of bilirubin glucuronide in diagnosing biliary atresia in infants.
