Morten Rahr Nielsen received the M.Sc. degree in Energy Engineering, with a specialization in Power Electronics and Drives, from AAU Energy, Aalborg University, Denmark, in 2022, and the Ph.D. degree in Energy Engineering from AAU Energy, Aalborg University, Denmark, in 2025. 

He is currently a Post Docotral Researcher with AAU Energy, Aalborg University, Denmark. His research interests include wide bandgap semiconductor devices and control of medium voltage power converters.
