I'm a political scientist and labour market researcher. My reserach focuses on the institutional interplay between employment regulation, social security, active labour market policy, and continuing vocational education and training (aka flexicurity).
I have participated in several research projects, some of them zooming in on:
- Unskilled workers' participation in lifelong learning
- Boundary spanning and partnership working across employment, adult education, and business support services
- Renewal of the European Employment Strategy
- Just transition and wind turbine manufacturing
- Wage earners' perceptions of labour market security and precariousness
- Variations in local implementation of active employment policy
