Nanna Møller Mortensen forsker i organisering, evaluering og forandring i offentlige organisationer. Hendes forskning har særligt fokus på organisering af samskabelse/co-production, brugerinddragelse, hybride roller samt krydspres for frontlinjeprofessionelle. Derudover arbejder hun med ny-institutionel teori og collaborative evalueringsformer. Nanna har en ErhvervsPhD fra Aalborg Kommunes Ældre- og Handicapforvaltning, hvor hun undersøgte frontmedarbejdernes rolle i samskabelsesprocesser.
