Nanna Møller Mortensen forsker i organisering, evaluering og forandring i offentlige organisationer. Hendes forskning har særligt fokus på organisering af samskabelse/co-production, brugerinddragelse, hybride roller samt krydspres for frontlinjeprofessionelle. Derudover arbejder hun med ny-institutionel teori og collaborative evalueringsformer. Nanna har en ErhvervsPhD fra Aalborg Kommunes Ældre- og Handicapforvaltning, hvor hun undersøgte frontmedarbejdernes rolle i samskabelsesprocesser.

Nanna Møller Mortensen conducts research on organization, evaluation, and change in public sector organizations. Her work focuses in particular on the organization of co-production, user involvement, hybrid roles, and the cross-pressures experienced by frontline professionals. In addition, she works with neo-institutional theory and collaborative forms of evaluation. Nanna holds an Industrial PhD from the Department of Elderly and Disability Services in Aalborg Municipality, where she investigated the role of frontline workers in co-production processes.
