Personal profile

Research profile

My research in nutritional epidemiology focuses on the link between the diet of pregnant women and their child's risk of pediatric-onset inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Through different sub-studies, I will investigate different aspects of the diet of pregnant mothers from the Danish National Birth Cohort, including their dietary patterns as well as intake of ultra-processed foods and dietary fiber.
