Personal profile

Research profile

As a researcher deeply committed to understanding children's perspectives, I focus on how the conditions of childhood shape their experiences and development. My work emphasizes the interplay between children’s agency and their socio-material environments, particularly within educational settings. I am especially interested in exploring developmental and learning dynamics, alongside situations of change where new practices and normativities are established and negotiated.

In addition to educational transitions, I also examine topics such as mobility and gender in childhood. I am passionate about uncovering how these shifts impact children's lives, with the goal of contributing to a more inclusive understanding of childhood in rapidly evolving social environments. My research draws on various branches of psychology (educational, social, and developmental), while also incorporating insights from disciplines such as Childhood Studies, the Sociology of Childhood, Educational Anthropology, and Feminist theories.
