Research profile
Rasmus primarily researches tort and company law issues related to compensation for damages caused in global supply chains. In this regard, he specifically examines the existence of a transnational supply chain liability, including the implications such liability may have for rules on tort law, limited liability issues, and the possibility of piercing the corporate veil.
Teaching profile
Rasmus teaches a course in Private Law I (contract and tort).
