Personal profile
Research profile
The core research interests include AI for healthcare and operations, with a focus on predictive modeling for critical illnesses, sickle cell disease, and other hematologic disorders, as well as digital twin methodology for patient-specific decision support. The work also spans transportation systems, intelligent logistics, and sustainability-driven decision-making. Additional areas of focus include imprecise modeling using fuzzy and rough set theory, combinatorial and multi-objective optimization, uncertainty quantification, machine learning, deep learning, and metaheuristic design. The research further extends to language modeling and computational approaches in the digital humanities, including computational history and cultural analytics. These methods are applied to domains such as search-and-rescue optimization, resource allocation, and data-driven decision systems, with a strong emphasis on translating advanced mathematical, computational, and AI techniques into clinically, operationally, and societally actionable solutions.
