Personal profile
Research profile
My work focuses on analysing the performance of power electronic converters, particularly the dynamics within power modules.
🌍 Research group
I work in a research group that focuses on medium voltage power electronics and on digital methods in power electronics.
Recently, we have demonstrated a direct calorimetric methodology that enables a direct switching loss measurement for power transistors.
We have presented methodologies and a current sensor to design and verify parallel operation of transistor dies in multichip power modules.
To better understand the wear-out properties and end-of-life detection in IGBT power modules we have created an online Vce measurement sensor.
We have presented digital methodologies for design and analysis of power modules. Our parasitics extraction tool speeds up the extraction by a factor of 187000× compared to Q3D.
