Personal profile

Research profile

My research interests lie within the field of work and organizational psychology, with a primary focus on how workplaces can enhance the well-being of both employees and leaders through targeted organizational interventions. My PhD research explored how professional cultures influence which stress management strategies are deemed legitimate or illegitimate. Subsequently, I have focused on evaluating the effectiveness of organizational stress prevention initiatives. Currently, I am engaged in an effect study of a leadership training program centered on mentalization, aiming to investigate whether such training can improve the well-being of both leaders and their employees.
