Research profile

I am an associate professor in information studies, co-lead of the research group PTL (Purposeful Technology Lab), chairperson of the HUM-AI cluster, and a member of the research group CHAP (Challenges and movements in performing digitalization).

In my research I am interested in information search, information practice, user interaction and system evaluation related to information systems, including AI-based systems and platforms. My focus is on employees in professional contexts, which means that I have been conducting empirical work in health, in private companies and the public sector, as well as in education.

Teaching profile

I teach quantitative and digital methods along with information practice on the bachelor program in Communication and Digital Media. I teach and supervise on the master’s degree in Information Studies, as well as in Business Intelligence on the bachelor program in Innovation and Digitalization.
