I am professor (Ph.D.) in labour market policy at the Centre for Labour Market Research at Aalborg University. My main research interest includes active labour market policies, employer engagmenet and inclusive organisations, disability and employment, flexicurity, evaluation and public management. I am heading the masters program in public governance.
