The AAU Talent Management Programme identifies and cultivates Aalborg University’s brightest young research talents who demonstrate qualities of top researchers and leaders of tomorrow. The programme enables the AAU Talents to lead and realize particularly ambitious projects by establishing and strengthening national and interna- tional networks. The programme supports the development of skills above and beyond traditional avenues through state-of-the-art and formal research and leadership training.
