Description

RRM is one of the key factors to achive lower latency, higher user data rate, improved system capacity and coverage, and reduced cost for the operator in the forthcoming UTRAN LTE, currently under development within 3GPP. The project work is focused on advanced RRM algorithms including Time and Frequency Domain Packet Schedulers, Adaptive Transmission Bandwidth, Adaptive Modulation and Coding, and Power Control. Research is based on results from a semi-static layer II simulator.
