Development of costs and quality in social housing construction

The purpose of this project is to describe and and understand the development in the costs and quality development of social housing construction in order to qualify the general development of construction productivity. More specifically, the project will update a previous preliminary analysis through a supplementary analysis of a large number of social housing building projects, critically assess the economic pricing of quality improvements, and discuss the significance of various temporal indexations of construction costs.
