Project Details

Each of the 98 municipalities in Denmark strives to become more international. All of them drafted an international strategy. While thoughts and ambitions have been written down, the question remains to what extent and in which ways these strategies have been implemented.
In a comparative case study of two rather different municipalities, I analyse and discuss the different understandings, approaches and implementations of their international strategies. I do so by primarily focusing on the practices each of the two municipalities engages in, in order to enhance their Youths' global competence.
