    Project Details

    Description

The research project consists of three parts: wp01: Research has been done on GIS mapping of flows for the East Jutlandic urban bands and mapping of activities/trips with destination in the biggest city centres of the East Jutlandic urban bands (isolines). Wp02: Map of working places formed around the 17 municipalities in the East Jutlandic urban band. Wp03: Research has been done on three scenarios starting from a traffic model for Eastern Jutland from which you can make estimated calculations of future commuter traffic. The zone division of the model is made up of the border of each parish, while the traffic resistance is the travelling time by the fastest route with appointed speed. The input of the model is the number of working places plus population or the number of households in each parish.
