Description

In this Ph.D. study, the goal is to understand how product lifetime can be extended through reselling. This will include examining the life of products with multiple owners, understanding the motivations, barriers, and strategies of buyers and sellers, and analyzing the design properties of resold products. The aim is to gain knowledge about how to sell, purchase, and design products in a way that increases the likelihood of extending the product lifetime through multiple owners and circular consumption.
