Collaborative Aspects in Manufacturing Vision Development

CIP project group: PhD Student Iskra Dukovska-Popovska, Professor Jens Ove Riis (primary advisor), Professor Harry Boer (associate advisor) Project duration: 2002-2005 To have a chance of creating a manufacturing vision that every employee can lay claim to, a company's various corporate cultures have to be able to collaborate on the development of this vision. This project aims to observe and identify the factors influencing this collaborative process while at the same time enhancing it.
