Komponenter, Dania and REAProject duration: December 2001 - Marts 2005This thesis stem from rising problems in the industry on how to manage the need for higher flexibility, productivity and effectiveness in companies. One of the ways to succeed in overcoming these markets barriers is to developed new business strategies. Our hypothesis is in this thesis that the implementation of Collaborative improvement in the supply network can help companies to become ?leaner? and hereby more competitive. The problem is that only little knowledge exists about this strategic way, and therefore we want to gain new knowledge in this field.
