Collaborative Logistics in Aalborg – Opportunities, Challenges and the Road Ahead

This research project will explore how a regional city center, in the project - Aalborg, can use collaborative logistics solutions between competing logistics providers to optimize urban freight and minimize the negative impacts on the city.
The project will build on a state-of-the-art literature review of challenges and opportunities in optimizing urban logistics, a series of interviews with key-stakeholders in and around Aalborg, and two workshops with relevant stakeholders.
The result will be a detailed description of opportunities and barriers, and how to address these and move forward towards a greener logistics future in Aalborg.
