I developed a concept for design and facilitation of a 48 hour work camp focused on generating and developing commercial potential for existing non-used patents. The design includes mixed teams of business people and engineers, trained process guides for each team and a strictly facilitated camp setup that creates flow. The facilitation includes the use of hundreds of creativity techniques, energizers, creativity training exercises, creativity methods and an overall didactic. Commercialization Camp has been used as foundation for lots of similar camps focused on innovation and entrepreneurship since 2007.
