Continuous Professional Development: a pedagogical learning and development project at the Department of International Business Communication (SIV), Aalborg University.

A 3-month professional (pedagogical) development initiative with teaching academics at SIV, organized in collaboration with the Leader of the Study Board, in order to meet staff development needs to enhance student learning. The initiative was organized as a number of workshops disposed along two main themes: "Teaching for learning at universities" and "Peer supervision and feedback".
