Description
ELIGEBIEN is a Danish-Brazilian network of excellence, gathering a number of leading researchers from the field of Public Health Nutrition (PHN) in order to develop joint educational programs on PHN and to provide the context and evidence base for the use of Choice Architecture as tool for achieving desirable behavioural changes towards healthier and sustainable food choices across socio-economic, cultural and individual characteristics.
The purpose will be achieved through a combination of joint workshops and scientific bilateral visits.
