Project Details

Description

The Danish Emergency services have a substantial amount of data about the physical environment in which they perform time critical services such as rescues and fire fighting. However, relatively little have been done make this data available to rescue leaders in the specific time-pressured and high-risk situations where they must make urgent decisions about what actions to set in motion. In this context the relevance, trustworthiness, and ease-of-use of data-intensive decision-support services are crucial.
The aim of the future application to the Innovation Foundation will be to investigate data opportunities available and the specific situations of use. Furthermore, the project will prototype and test a series of possible solutions to data-intensive decision-support tools.
