Description

The main goal of this research project was to boost the research activities and to enable a multi-disciplinary framework between the Department of Energy (AAU Energy) and the Department of Health Science and Technology at Aalborg University. The project aimed to find a suitable method for energy expenditure estimates during activities of daily living specially in future smart homes where multiple wearable and mobile sensors (through a local network) could monitor residents' activities and provide a better quality of life.
