Project Details


"Baltic Sea Region Studies Network” seeks to enhance collaboration between seven Nordic-Baltic universities to improve teaching, learning and joint curricula planning within interdisciplinary area studies.
The project has the following objectives:
- To exchange experiences concerning active learning methods (PBL) within interdisciplinary studies;
- To contribute to the harmonization of the BSR studies through development project and mobility;
- To enhance students’ practical skills and strengthen ties with labor market through incorporating private and public organizations to the network activities;
The core universities of this network have long-term collaboration already since 2004, current "Baltic Sea Region Network" was established in 2013. This year Aalborg University will be joining the network.
Funded: 11,096 EUR by Nordplus which is the Nordic Council of Ministers' central programme in the area of lifelong learning.
