This PhD study investigates the potential of coloured illuminations in healthcare environments. The study is structured around three phenomenological studies, examining the significance of coloured illuminations for the body-space interaction in healthcare environments. More specifically exploring how different hues of illumination might impact:
1. How people sense their body and space (Study 1 – Semi-lab, Den Frie)
2. How people bodily practice and experience space (Study 2 - Fieldwork, Rigshospitalet)
3. How people are bodily present in space (Study 3 - Sensor study, AAU Light Lab)
