Project Details

Description

The project is a life-long basic research project elaborating the special linguistic theory invented by Hans Götzsche, Formative Grammar, and its specific applications to different kinds of linguistic phenomena: syntax (Epi-Formal Analysis in Syntax (EFA(X), now in version 3 (EFAX3)), semantics (Epi-Formal Analysis in Semantics (EFA(SE), in process), and phonology (Epi-Formal Analysis in Phonology (EFA(P)). The project is related to the projects ‘Occurrence Logic’ and ‘Mathematics and Language’, and to a future research collaboration with the scholars Prof. Dr. Hans Fix-Bonner and PD Dr. Norbert Endres at Nordisches Institut der Ernst-Moritz-Arndt-Universität, Greifswald, Germany, concerning formalisation and computer implementation of descriptions of historical texts and historical states of languages.
