Description
Roskilde Municipality wanted to expand and upgrade one of its public swimming pools. However, the building project has been hit by extensive cost increases and delays. This evaluation project has three purposes:
- To analyze the reasons behind the delays and cost overruns of the why the building project.
- To extract and generalize experiences from the building project as a basis for learning in relation to handling future construction projects.
- To disseminate the experiences to a wider circle of like-minded actors.
