A project

Layman's description

The GAMification and Education for Secure Software (GAMESS) will witness the collaboration of leading cybersecurity experts of 4 universities, 5 Erhvervsakademier and 5 industrial consortia/organizations with the aim of developing new education material related to cybersecurity (i.e., 16 new modules on topics such as security by design, usable security, personal security online and 40 Capture the Flag challenges to gamify the process of secure software development).
The novelty of this project is that it will tackle for the first time not only the "attacking" aspect of the cybersecurity but also the defensive side, thus fostering a new proactive mindset by considering and secure all attack surfaces and vectors. A target communication campaign will allow reaching all cybersecurity relevant actors and increase the competences and awareness of cybersecurity both in both academia and industry.
