The PhD project ‘Housing Associations: a changing role in the housing market? Neoliberal governmentalities and affordable housing in Denmark’ is part of the wider project ‘Fremtidens Boligorganisation: Hvordan kan boligorganisationer skabe bæredygtige byområder?’ which explores how Housing Associations in Denmark are evolving and how they can continue to play an effective role in the Danish housing market. The PhD project aims to understand why the evolution is occurring, investigating the potential drivers and consequences of the change. The wider project and the PhD research are supported by RealDania and Landsbyggefonden.
