Description
The objective of the project is threefold: i) to delve into diverse forms of metropolitan institutions in Europe while interpreting their transformations; ii) to determine the influence of diverse actor constellations in rescaling processes while addressing their strategies and power relations across scales; iii) to identify metropolitan planning practices and discourses in diverse European contexts.
