Project Details
Description
REBUS is short for Renovating Buildings Sustainably. REBUS is a community partnership that brings together all parties from the construction value chain to promote sustainable renovations. The project includes three main tasks. One task is to develop and test a generic method to prioritise between many different objectives, systematically ensure fulfilment of objectives, create the greatest possible value creation within the given budget, and foster a tradition of delivering proven quality. The purpose of this sub-project is to analyse the social housing sector data models for budgeting renovation projects, build a chart of accounts for objectives and develop functions, reports, etc. that can implement the total value method in LCCbyg.
