Nudging is a paradigm in health promotion that is based on theories from psychology and behavioral economics. By cleverly architecting the environment in which we make decisions and choices, it shall be possible to make the rational choice the easy choice in everyday life situations. IBeHealthY investigates tools of choice architecture and default settings on the food choices in self-service eating environments.
