Project Details

Description

The project purpose is to develop an intelligent energy management system for Virtual Power Plant in order to improve production forecast, reduce fluctuations of output power over time (dp/dt), offer the balancing responsible qualify by TSO as primary reserve, improve inertia response, enable black starting and finally demonstrate that an optimal designed energy management system with minimised energy storage integrated into a wind power plant results in a financially attractive concept. The resources includes: 2 PhD students, 1 PostDoc 3 years.
