The objective of this research in Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT) is to understand:

1.the influence of the electrophysiological substrate on response to CRT, pacemaker settings affect cardiac dyssynchrony and pumping efficiency,
3.the influence of lead positioning on CRT response,
4.the impact of diagnostic methods on patient selection and survival with CRT,

with the ultimate goal of making new recommendations to improve CRT in heart failure patients
