Description

The project, Management of the Environment and Resources using Integrated Technologies (MERIT), was an ESPRIT project that started in 2001 and ended in 2004. The aim of the project was to generate a highly adaptable, integrated water resource assessment and management tool that can be applied at the catchment and aquifer unit scale throughout Europe. It uses Bayesian networks as the basic framework.
