Project Details
Description
MAASive aims at increasing value network resilience, by enabling manufacturers to rapidly respond to unforeseen external events or sudden changes in supply or demand, utilizing manufacturing as a service. This is achieved by developing models of value networks that allow for assessing impacts of events and by servitizing existing manufacturing assets in multiple organizations that can be orchestrated and re-orchestrated to address these events. Models are the basis for scoreboards [1] that aid human decision makers in making efficient and timely responses and are enabling self-adaption of value networks.
