Methodological aspects of detection of bacteremia

Project Details

Description

The development of technology in detection of bacteremia has been significant over the last two decades. Implementaion of improved technology and changes in measurement regimes have influenced the time trends of incidence rates of various groups of bacteremia. This project aims to address variations in incidence rate due to seasonality, long term trends and implementaiton of new methodology.
