Project Details

Description

The purpose of this project is to design an appropriate control strategy for hybrid ventilation systems of large scale livestock barn to maintain an optimum indoor climate through a low energy approach. The control strategy is expected to allow a trade off between animal thermal comfort, indoor air quality, demand ventilation rate and energy consumptions, in the presence of fast and slow frequency influences of external wind and temperature.
