Description
This project (1) identifies the prevalence and use of collaboration and coordination forms in hospitals in the Capital Region of Denmark and (2) analyzes the effect on clinical quality, efficiency and employee wellbeing. The survey is conducted among managers of hospital units. The project provides evidence-based management knowledge about how to organize so it benefits patients, employees and managers.
