Description
This project seeks to discover the central strategic aspects of industrial manufacturing companies' use of new technologies and the associated competence development, as critical parameters for maintaining the ability to innovate and continuously improve the organization. Guidelines, methods and models for ways in which industrial companies can strengthen and improve their strategic manufacturing development by focusing on new technology are developed through the project. New technology will be exemplified by plastic's technology. Project duration: fall 2000 to fall 2003. (Per Hjulskov Andersen and Sven Hvid Nielsen)
