Description
The PhD project focuses on coaching as a method for facilitating development of 'authentic leadership'. 'Authentic leadership' is seen as the ability to conduct life in a satisfactory way by being aware of and recognising your needs and wants and taking actions in an adequate way to meet these needs and wants. The project will incorporate e-portfolio as a shared tool for reflection for the coach and the client.
